Terms & Conditions

1) Eligibility and Admission
a) Residents must meet eligibility criteria for emergency housing services.
b) Completion of the admission process, including providing necessary identification and contact
information, is required.

 

2) Length of Stay
a) Residents are permitted to stay for a designated period as determined by MSD.

 

3) Extension of Stay
a) Extensions may be decided by the MSD.
b) Approval for an extension should be obtained by responding to a telephone call or meeting with MSD.

 

4) Check Out
a) Seven day's advance notice is required for check-out.
b) A formal check-out procedure, including key return, and inspection etc. is mandatory.

 

5) Damage and loss
a) Residents are responsible for property damage or loss.
b) Customers should check and confirm the damage and loss through inspection.
c) Customers having left without the checkout process can be regarded to accept the responsibility for the damage and loss to the property.

 

6) Eviction
a) Violation of rules or established policies may lead to eviction.
b) No-compliance with legitimate instructions from the landlord can lead to eviction.
c) Failure to pay rent on time can result in eviction.

 

7) Refund
a) Paid rent is in principle not refundable.
b) Rent is refundable notwithstanding the clause a) only if acceptable reasons for early check-out are provided and approved by the landlord.

 

8) Respect and Consideration
a) Residents must treat staff and fellow residents with respect.
b) Harassment, bullying, and discriminatory behavior are not tolerated.

 

9) Quiet Hours
a) Specific quiet hours from 10PM till 7AM the next morning is enforced to maintain a peaceful environment.

 

10) Guest Policies
a) Guests are allowed between 10 AM and 5 PM, where sign-in is required.
b) The number of guests may be limited to a maximum of five.

 

11) Security and Safety
a) Residents are responsible for personal safety and property security.
b) Cooperation with security measures is expected.

 

12) Smoking Regulations
a) Smoking is allowed only outside buildings.
b) Responsible disposal of cigarette butts and waste is mandatory.

 

13) Cleanliness and Maintenance
a) Residents are responsible for maintaining clean living spaces.
b) Guidelines for trash disposal and personal hygiene must be followed.
c) Bedding can be changed on request.
d) Laundry facilities can be used for free to keep bedding clean.

 

14) Drug and Alcohol Policies
a) The use of drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.

 

15) Personal Property
a) Residents must adhere to rules regarding personal property.

 

16) Reporting Incidents
a) Residents are encouraged to promptly report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or incidents to staff.
